  • Remaster failure...

    By jjozwiak2000
Original CD got ruined so picked the album up from iTunes. Ugh... can't even listen to it, the remastering is so bad it ruins one of the best albums of all times.

This album totally shows what a great musician Dave Mustaine is with its amazing riffs and lyrics. Definitely the best Megadeth lineup of all time!

  • Can't wait until my sister hears this.

I totally love Megadeth, Vic Rattlehead, and this RIP album, but my sister is really going to love this awesome digitally remasterd album! I can't wait to play it for her. Too bad she don't do Apple, or I'd gift it to her, but forgive me for digressing. This album sounds great! 5 stars for its superior sound quality and album art work - 1 star for the absence of a digital booklet and lyrics. Also, this album was released in 1990, but it is tagged as 2004, which is inconsistant with other digitally remastered Megadeth albums I've also purchased from iTunes. But for only $5, I cannot complain too much about that considering I paid more than double that for the casette back in the early 90s, but then again, I also got lyrics and a really cool booklet with the casette. Same when I bought the CD in the late 90s, but some lowlife dweeb smashed my window and stole that one out of my car. Oh well, lesson learned. Oops, there I go dirgressing again. Anyway, it's good to know that if someone steals my iPod, I still have this awesome hair flinging, head banging music!
  • I love it but...there are some issues.

Before anyone blasts me with several hate comments, I love this album. However, my jumping on to this glorious masterpiece was on a different version of the mixing. It's nothing against the original, its the progression in my personal tastes. I'm not saying that they should ditch this version for the 2004 remaster, but rather have two different versions of this album - one being the remaster and the other being the original recording. I mean, let's be honest here, a lot of people jumped onto this album on some version.
  • WOW

The fact that you can get the greatest metal album ever made for 8 dollars is ridiculous. I could go on forever about this album, but instead I'll just say: Go buy it. Just do it. You will not regret it, no matter what type of metal, or just music in general you are into. You will find something to enjoy in this record no matter what.

One of if not THE best metal album of all time. Fast, Heavy, Complex, and everything in between.
